Resolved Minor Delay in Results Delivery

Veracode Engineering has identified an issue that is impacting Result Importing Jobs. Customers are able to submit Static Scans, however, might experience some scans running longer than normal. Customers might also see delays in viewing data exports from the platform. We have implemented a change which quickly resolved the issue, however caused a backlog of result import jobs. We have placed the incident in monitoring as the queue continues to drain. You can go to the Billing section in your account and choose one of the plans. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
