Started: August 18th at 12:00am GMT Resolved: August 18th at 7:00 am GMT Root cause of the issue: Improvement to the report scheduling mechanism that was deployed to our Production instance after a round of QA introduced the bug to our system Resolution: The improvement was reverted and the queuing reports were deleted. Our Development Team is now conducting a deep dive investigation to understand how this happened.

What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
