We are looking into this issue to find a cause of it. Please try rebooting the phone by following the steps here: Press and hold the dial pad keys 0, 1, and 3 simultaneously for about three seconds, or until you hear a confirmation tone. The phone will then reboot. This process can take a few minutes to complete.
