Impact: - Merchants will be able to initiate transactions successfully but are likely to receive delayed callbacks for payment completion. - All disbursements, withdrawals, and regional remittance payouts to PH_PAYMAYA with amounts less than 50k will be stuck in PENDING status - All other disbursement products are not affected Please refrain from transacting with amounts less than or equal to 50k PHP in the meantime.
