Service has been restored, and no further issues are being observed.

Error rates have stabilised, but we are unfortunately seeing no further improvement at this stage.

We will continue to monitor and provide updates here when possible, however resolution of the underlying issue remains out of our hands. As such, we have no ETA for resolution.

Stability of downstream systems appears to be improving, however we don't yet have confirmation that the underlying issues have been resolved.

Should the issues continue, customers configured to do so may see NPP payments fallback to DE, while customers without that configuration may see an increase in error rate. Creation of PayTo agreements may also be impacted.

Zai continues to monitor this situation closely, and will provide further updates here as soon as they become available.

We've been advised of some system instability in downstream services, potentially resulting in delays to payments or intermittent errors. Our team is monitoring all our systems closely, and will respond to any issues on priority as required.
