RESOLVED about 3 years ago - at 03/02/2023 08:40PM

On March 3rd between 17:52 and 19:06 UTC (1 hour, 14 minutes), our team discovered an issue where certain integrations were not properly fetching data resulting in errors within the Zap Editor, failed Zap Runs and some failed Trigger events.

For failed Trigger events, Zapier may not have received webhooks for Instant Triggers. Unfortunately, these cannot be replayed. Those events will need to be manually re-triggered through the corresponding app.

The following integrations were affected:
-Monday.com
-Zoom
-Cvent
-ConvertKit
-Mautic
-Convert App
-ClickUp
-Salesmsg
-PandaDoc
-Dialpad
-Clio
-App69075
-Scoro
-Paid Memberships Pro
-Rocketbots
-Zoho Analytics
-Herobase
-App148632

If any of your Zaps were affected, and you’re unable to replay tasks, you can export errored Zap Runs from your Zap History: https://zapier.com/app/history

You can find out more about exporting your Zap History here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496294549005-Export-your-Zap-history

Should you decide to re-import that data, you can use Transfer by Zapier to do so: https://zapier.com/transfer

If you have any further questions, please reach out to our Support Team: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

We appreciate your patience during this incident and apologies for any inconvenience this might have caused.
