Inbound calling issues - Canada

8x8 has seen successful traffic coming over the impacted carriers in the Canada region. We expect all traffic to be completing normally. We will be monitoring for stability and will post a final update fully confirming resolution. 

We are doing our very best to get this issue resolved as a matter of priority, we thank you for your patience.

8x8 NOC and operations team continue to work towards resolution of the issue. We will continue to provide updates as they become available and we apologize for the inconvenience. 

8x8 has observed some inbound calls recovering and now connecting normally. We are still investigating the issue and will provide updates if resolution is confirmed.
