Sangoma's SIPStation Trunk 2 (trunk2.freepbx.com) experienced degraded service for 1.7 hours, affecting customers who relied solely on that trunk for their SIP trunking service. Customers configured to use both Trunk 1 and Trunk 2 maintained service availability since the primary Trunk 1 remained operational throughout the incident. The issue was resolved after Sangoma worked with a third-party vendor to implement a fix and monitor the results.

We are aware that some customers are experiencing degraded service on SIPStation Trunk 2 (trunk2.freepbx.com), however the primary Trunk 1 remains unaffected, and service remains available if you are configured to use both trunks. We are working with a 3rd party vendor to restore service on Trunk 2.
