Portal Issues - Multiple Portals Inaccessible or Degraded Performance

We are continuing to work with the third party vendor to resolve their issues while we keep our temporary fix in place. This vendor has just updated that they are dispatching out a splice crew. We are awaiting an ETR (Estimated Time of Restoral).
