We are communicating to provide further information on the issue affecting Reports, document generation, email assignment, and invoice finalization on the eu-west-1 platform on October 3, 2025, and confirm that the issue is now resolved.
This issue impacted the ability to run reports, finalize invoices, and assign emails via Gmail/Outlook add-ins from 09:00 BST to 10:15 BST, and resulted in tasks being stuck in processing without completion.
It is important to confirm that no data was lost, and the issue is related to platform performance only.
Our team investigated the issue as the sole priority during the day and released an urgent fix at 10:15 BST, which restored all functionality to normal operations.
