Outage Details

Migrations from Jira Server/DC to Jira Cloud, using JCMA are not completing the migration of ScriptRunner configuration for Filters and Workflow rules. This manifests as migrations getting stuck in progress at less than 100%. We are investingating the cause of the issue and will update this page with more details soon. The impact of this is partial on some customers. Only the above two items of ScriptRunner config are affectd. Other supported features are migrated as normal.

We have identifed what we believe the cause of this incident is and are currently working on rolling out a change to fix this issue.

We will provide a further update here once this change has been deployed.

Migrations from Jira Server/DC to Jira Cloud, using JCMA are not completing the migration of ScriptRunner configuration for Filters and Workflow rules. This manifests as migrations getting stuck in progress at less than 100%.
