We are currently seeing degraded performance on AWS US-East-1 servers, which is impacting our Affirm checkout, transaction management, and charge management services.
Customers should still be able to complete the Affirm checkout flow, but the service is also working more slowly than usual. We are continuing to wait for updates from AWS as they relate to Affirm's services.

We're starting to see the performance of Affirm services return to normal levels after AWS has reported a further reduction in API error rates and latencies within the US-East-1 region. We will be monitoring for full stability.
