Outage Details
We encountered an issue that is resulting in delays for messages sent using our Segmentation feature on the 25th & 26th of March between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm PST. Messages without Segmentation were unaffected by this delay and performed normally.Our engineering team has found the source of the issue.
