Further investigation revealed that Akamai Control Center is not impacted by this issue. Currently, the impact is limited to Telephony services in North America where customers may experience intermittent call disconnections when calling Akamai Technical Support.
Our third-party service provider has identified the cause of the issue, and a fix is being implemented.
