We are investigating an emerging issue with mPulse related to a real-time dashboards resulting in lack of dashboard and alerting availability beginning at ~18:24 UTC on 2nd January, 2024.. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 30 minutes. We can confirm that the issue is now resolved as of 20:04 UTC on 2nd January, 2024 and the service has resumed normal operation.
