The incident has been fully resolved and service is back to normal levels. Our team will be conducting a root cause analysis and sharing as soon as possible. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure there are no further issues.

The Engineering team has determined that a surge in transactions has caused issues within our database. To address this, they have paused these transactions, helping our system return to stability. We’re already observing improvements in overall system performance and will keep monitoring the situation closely.

Our Engineering team has advised that we are experiencing a database issue, which is leading to degraded system performance and system errors. They continue to investigate the issues and work towards a root cause and fix. Further updates will be posted here as they are received.
