RCA: Third-party files remaining in use after requesting service stop caused upgrade failure. Next release, Gateway will version the third-party libraries to prevent any conflict.
We have received reports of issues on the InteleShare platform with Gateways not pinging. Engineering teams are currently investigating. Additional information will be provided as soon as it is available. Please place a case with Service Now or call support for any issues with this service.
