Support Phone Service Issue

This incident has been resolved.

We have been able to make success test calls to our Digital Support and Physical Materials Support teams. We are continuing to monitor results. As of now, you should be able to successful resume using our phone service for support.

Our phone service provider has implemented a fix and is monitoring results. Our support agents, however, are still experiencing issues logging into our phone service provider's user portal, which is preventing them from connecting with the phone platform itself. As a result, you may be able to connect with our Support numbers and then find yourself in a holding pattern.

We are continuing to troubleshoot these issues and report them back to our phone service provider. We will post another update once we have confirmed successful phone connectivity.
