Hello! We’re happy to share we’ve greatly expanded our payer list for electronic dental claims processing and dental attachments are now supported for all Apex customers through Vyne Dental. We are still evaluating our return to Change Healthcare for dental claims and will communicate to you as we learn more. In our communication sent on May 10, 2024, we introduced the paper claims process for payers that currently did not have an electronic connection. Vyne Dental will replace that solution for many of those payers.
