Outage Details

We have identified a problem with Forge custom fields in Jira Cloud where create issue dialog with Forge custom fields cannot be submitted. The problem is limited to custom fields and custom field types with UI Kit renderer, Custom UI ones are not affected. We are working on the fix and will provide another update by 16:00 UTC.

The impact of this incident has been mitigated. Forge custom fields in Jira Cloud are no longer blocking creation of issues. It was resolved by deploying hotfix to all production environments.
