Authorize.net experienced a service disruption in their Sandbox environment that caused webhook notifications to be delayed or fail to send properly. The incident affected API connection endpoints and lasted approximately 3.2 hours from March 13 to early March 14, 2026. The issue was fully resolved and webhook notifications returned to normal operation.
The issue affecting the Sandbox environment has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
