Authorize.net experienced a transaction processing issue where authorize-only transactions were incorrectly being processed as authorized and captured, resulting in funds being transferred from customer accounts without prior notification. The incident affected the Virtual Terminal - Merchant Interface component and lasted approximately 47 hours from March 23rd to March 25th, 2026. The issue has been fully resolved and Authorize.net is conducting an internal review to prevent future occurrences.
The issue affecting Processing transactions in Accept Payments in MINT 2.0 has now been fully resolved.
