Auvik Networks Outage History

Auvik Networks experienced a collector issue that disrupted SNMP monitoring protocol for customers across multiple regional clusters. The team identified the problem was caused by a recent collector upgrade and performed an emergency rollback across all affected clusters over a 2-hour period. Service was fully restored after the rollback was completed on all clusters.

During a maintenance window, Auvik Networks inadvertently disabled a subset of user accounts, causing significant login issues for customers across multiple regional clusters including US, EU, AU, and CA regions. The incident affected access to Auvik's websites and management portals, though monitoring, alerting, and PSA integration services remained fully operational throughout the outage. The issue was resolved after 26.3 hours by systematically restoring access cluster by cluster until all affected user accounts were re-enabled.
