Barracuda XDR has encountered an issue with View Ticket function from the dashboard, which could result in viewing alert details from the dashboard. Our engineering team has identified the root-cause and actively working on resolving this issue. We understand the impact this may have on your business and are committed to restoring this service as quickly as possible. We will provide further updates once we implement a solution.
The core XDR service is not affected. Data is still flowing into XDR and the SOC's systems are fully operational.
