XDR dashboard unavailable with SSO

Access to the XDR Dashboard has been restored. Our engineering team is currently running validation tests to confirm all features are operating normally. Please note that some functions may still be temporarily inoperable while testing continues. We appreciate your patience and will post a final confirmation once all functionality has been verified.

XDR service and SOC is operational. Engineering is still working on restoring dashboard UI access.

Barracuda XDR experienced an intermittent service disruption affecting the events ingestion and signals detection, which might have caused the delayed ingestion and alerts generation across all regions. Our engineering team promptly identified the underlying cause and implemented the appropriate corrective actions to restore normal functionality. We will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure ongoing stability and the full restoration of expected operational performance.
