A fix has been implemented and every campaigns scheduled to be sent between 9:20 UTC and now have been sent.
Everything is back to normal and we'll continue to monitor the situation.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
We currently have an issue in the sending of pus notifications (transactional and campaigns).
