Outage Details

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that has caused a missed delivery of feed exports (Ratings, Standard Client, DCE, SEO) for the data of June 1st (supposed to be delivered on June 2nd). We are currently working to address the delay and deliver the expected feeds. The data is expected to be backfilled on the next feed delivery date on June 3rd. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available. All the feeds for June 2nd, 2025 have been delivered on June 3rd, 2025 within 8:00 am UTC. Backfilled data from June 1st is available in the June 3rd feeds.

We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that has caused a missed delivery of feed exports (Ratings, Standard Client, DCE, SEO) for the data of June 1st (supposed to be delivered on June 2nd).

The feeds missed on the 2nd of June will not be delivered. The data is expected to be backfilled on the next feed delivery date on June 3rd.
