Bazaarvoice has identified an issue affecting the visibility of newly submitted content across Portal applications. Content submitted after 12:30 UTC on June 12 including reviews, questions, and answers is not currently visible. Additionally, clients are unable to view or add responses to content while the incident is ongoing. A root cause is yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available. Bazaarvoice has deployed a solution for the degradation affecting the Portal, Display, and Configuration applications. Newly submitted content is now visible in Portal > Manage Content and on Display, clients are able to view or add review responses, and redeploy their implementations in the Configuration Hub.

We are currently monitoring to ensure all services are functioning as expected and will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has identified that this issue is impacting multiple systems supporting the R&R and Q&A applications. Newly submitted content is not visible in Portal > Manage Content and is also not visible on display. Clients are unable to view or add responses to content across these applications while the incident is ongoing.

Additionally, clients attempting to redeploy their implementations in Configuration during this incident may experience failures.

A root cause is yet to be determined. We will provide an update at the designated time below or when new information becomes available.
