Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing an outage in the Reports section within the Portal. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore Portal Reports. Bazaarvoice continues to monitor the fix for an issue that caused an outage with Portal Reports. Any reports scheduled to be delivered during the outage have been generated. Bazaarvoice engineers also identified a small subset of on-demand reports that are still processing on a delay and we are working to ensure all reports will be delivered

We will provide an update at the time designated below, or as soon as new information becomes available.

Bazaarvoice has implemented a fix to resolve an issue that caused an outage with Portal Reports and will continue to monitor the situation. Any reports scheduled to be delivered during the outage were paused, and will be generated soon. We will provide an update at the time designated below, or as soon as new information becomes available.
