One of our service providers is having issues on processing deposits and withdrawals for BTC, LTC , BCH therefore deposits and withdrawals for BTC, LTC and BCH have been temporarily disabled meanwhile this incident is being investigated. Our engineering team is already working with them to have service restored as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
