One of our service providers is having issues on processing deposits and withdrawals for BTC, LTC , BCH therefore deposits and withdrawals for BTC, LTC and BCH have been temporarily disabled meanwhile this incident is being investigated. Our engineering team is already working with them to have service restored as soon as possible.

Deposits for BTC, LTC and BCH have been enabled and working as expected .
However withdrawals for BTC, LTC , BCH remain temporarily disabled meanwhile this incident is being investigated. . Our engineering team is still working with the provider and we will keep you posted .
