We recently resolved an issue that prevented users from signing in or using features in their solutions. You should now be able to sign in to your Blackbaud solutions and services with your Blackbaud ID.

We are investigating an issue impacting some of our customers using AT&T network devices to receive SMS texts for MFA. Users who have their existing recovery code can use the recovery code method to sign in : https://kb.blackbaud.com/knowledgebase/articles/Article/199505.
