Our teams have determined that a third-party processing vendor issue may cause a subset of Blackbaud Merchant clients to experience intermittent errors when attempting to process credit card transactions. This vendor marked their issue resolved as of 2:15 PM EDT. We are now seeing transactions process successfully and are monitoring system performance. Transactions that failed during this period will need to be re-submitted.
