Launching any page hangs for ~30 seconds then throws an error that it failed to load and that Bonusly devs have been notified

Every time I try and go into my app it says “unknown error”
The app and even the website NEVER work. Always says unknown error, the information on this page is unavailable and to try again in a couple minutes but I never can get my rewards or give them because it is always down!!!
