We are currently aware of an issue with both images and videos uploading slowly or becoming stuck in our Publish module for some users, with the issue occurring across all networks. Our Technical team has been alerted to this issue and we are investigating it as a priority, and will provide all updates as soon as they are available. We thank you for your patience as this issue is investigated, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
