Query Backfills delays

Our Engineering Team have confirmed the issue causing delays in Query backfills has now been fully resolved.

Queries can now be created and edited as normal. We thank you for your continued patience and apologise for any inconvenience or disruption this issue has caused.

A fix has been implemented and the backfill delays are now decreasing. We're continuing to monitor the results.

Our team currently advises users try to avoid creating new queries or editing queries that are waiting to be backfilled as that may cause further backfill delays.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting backfills for new and edited queries as well as New mentions for all queries, which are experiencing delays.

Our team is actively working on the issue. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution.

There are no temporary workarounds available. We will continue to share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
