Confirm OnDemand EMEA - Errors with Street Works Transfers

This incident has been resolved.

The number of HTTP 429 errors between Confirm and Street Manager have reduced and we are continuing to monitor the situation. Confirm resends the data if a 429 rate limit transfer warning appears. We are continuing to investigate the HTTP 429 errors that intermittently occur when Street Works are transferred between Confirm and Street Manager. This happens when the number of requests reaches a maximum within a given period and Confirm retries transfers that fail.
