Dallas SBC Issue - Physical Device Registration

Last night, we performed system maintenance to migrate and upgrade our Session Border Controller systems in Dallas. We are seeing that that system is not working properly according to our monitoring tools. We have reverted to the original systems and simply waiting on DNS propagation to take effect. Most devices on modern templates are preconfigured to automatically re-register to other data centers. This issue only applies to physical devices and phones and how they connect back remotely to each account. If you need any assistance, please contact bvoip support
