We received reports from customers in the Chicago region that some Polycom and Cisco devices were not properly connecting. This is due to those devices only having the primary proxy as an option, so they did not fail over automatically to a backup.
We've identified the root cause and the issue should be resolved in the next 10-15 minutes.
