Agent Status not properly updating in the Call Center

Storables Telco provider Twilio is currently experiencing issues with Event Streams which is what visually updates agent status and in queue data. While it will appear that agents are not updating calls are still being presented and they are able to answer them. It will also give the perception that calls are waiting in queue that are not there. Everything is still flowing properly so they just need to answer what gets presented. They believe they have identified and expect to have this corrected shortly, although some of the in queue data may not show correctly until morning.
