Receiving Socket Error when trying to access the V1 Thin Client

The issue preventing the Thin Client from opening and resulting in a Socket Error has been fully resolved.

Our Engineering team has confirmed that the fix is in place, and the Thin Client should now be accessible as expected.

Please try reopening the Thin Client. You may need to attempt this a few times while the fix takes effect. We recommend allowing approximately 10 minutes for the changes to fully propagate.
