Candid Health experienced claim submission delays for 7.7 hours due to system errors that prevented normal claim processing. The issue affected the Claim Submission component, causing delays in healthcare claim submissions to payers. The problem was resolved by implementing a fix and automatically re-submitting all affected claims with their original configurations.
No further disruption has been observed and affected claims have been re-submitted.
Candid is currently re-submitting claims affected by this incident using the same configuration (i.e., payer responsibility and frequency code) as the most recent submission. You may also safely re-submit affected claims manually in the Candid app.
