Candid Health experienced failures in their rules engine that prevented claims from progressing beyond "Coded" status, affecting the claim submission process. The issue caused claims to get stuck in processing rather than flowing through the normal submission workflow. The problem was resolved after 1.2 hours by fixing the rules engine and re-submitting all affected claims.
This has been resolved. Claims are flowing normally and all affected claims have been re-submitted.
