We are still seeing intermittent performance degradation and errors. Affected users should attempt to reload the page or re-take their action. We continue to actively address the issue.

We are still actively monitoring application performance this morning and continuing to make adjustments to our workloads to prioritize user experience and application responsiveness, but we believe that this issue is now under control. The root cause is understood to be cloud provider maintenance that occurred over the weekend. We'll continue to update here if we see further changes and are holding off on resolving the incident as we are still actively monitoring
