We are seeing elevated errors from Shopify, causing some shoppers to see intermittent loading messages throughout the checkout flow.

Shopify is having an issue that affects all third-party checkouts. Shopify is currently working on a fix, and we're expecting a resolution soon.
On the CartHook side, we've implemented a temporary workaround that allows CartHook to accept orders. The important thing is that orders should not be lost. We will sync as soon as Shopify's error is fixed.

Shopify is returning 500 Internal Server Errors on all order creation through checkout. This is blocking all order creation in Shopify.

We have reached out to Shopify for resolution.

A temporary workaround to this outage is to disable your CartHook funnels: https://help.carthook.com/funnels-faq
