From approximately 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM EST, there was a disruption of service to payment processing functionality on the TRAX Platform. The CaterTrax team identified the issue, implemented a fix, and as of 9:00 AM EST payment processing functionality was restored to all impacted sites. The CaterTrax team is actively monitoring the issue and will update this site if more information becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
