CENTEGIX CrisisAlert experienced an incident impacting the performance of the CrisisAlert Admin Panel, mostly in the western US. Some of those customers were unable to browse to the CrisisAlert Admin Panel site. The incident was caused by Google DNS and was resolved promptly. The CENTEGIX Command Center has confirmed service stability. All services are functioning normally.
