Resolution: Network Services Transaction Timeouts and Latency

This issue is resolved as Network Services continues to perform as expected.

Optum Insight has mitigated the issue causing customers to experience time-outs or latency when submitting claim transactions. Transactions are now processing normally. We will continue to monitor traffic to ensure resolution, and will provide an update if necessary.

Optum Insight has identified an issue causing pharmacy customers to experience latency and/or to receive intermittent time-outs when processing claims. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.
