The issue has been resolved. All affected Shopify imports have been restarted, which will also unblock any feeds, APIs, or ad generators that were stuck on the "Queued" status. Projects will continue running on their normal schedule.

While this incident is ongoing, any Shopify API connections in the Channable tool might show a red "Failed" marker or become stuck on the "Queued" status. Once this incident is resolved, any missed imports will be reattempted automatically.
