Outage Details
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the syncing of invoices and credit notes to Avalara for some customers. Our team has identified that the failure is due to validation errors. We are working to resolve this and will provide updates as we make progress.
Please note that there is no impact on any newly created invoices and credit notes, and they are syncing as expected.

A fix was successfully deployed, and all affected invoices and credit notes have been re-synced. The issue was fully resolved as of 10:36 PM UTC on Monday.

A fix has been deployed to sandbox environments, and we are monitoring the results. Once validated, we will proceed with deployment to production and reattempt syncing previously failed invoices and credit notes.
