Cisco Secure Access experienced a ~96-hour major disruption caused by an infrastructure provider issue, affecting Remote Access VPN, Data Loss Prevention, and Reporting & Logging across data centers in Germany, Milan, Stockholm, India (West and South), and South Africa. Most regions were restored by August 16, though the Frankfurt site continued to experience issues, including an inability for EU customers to retrieve reporting data older than 30 days. Full service was restored across all affected sites on August 19.
